[Prayer] Lord, Let North Korea’s Next Generation Be Raised as Your Holy People

Lord, the authorities in Yanggang Province, North Korea, which suffered severe flood damage from the Yalu River last year, are now mobilizing all resources to prevent flood disasters during this year's rainy season. Stone embankment and drainage construction projects are underway, and even young students are being mobilized to collect stones. Each child is forced to deliver five soccer ball-sized stones daily to the work site. Many are injured in the process, suffering from cuts, bruises, and nosebleeds, and the dissatisfaction among parents is growing.

“Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord”

Ephesians 6:4

God, You gave us this word. Please have mercy on North Korean students who are unable to receive proper education due to being forced into harsh labor and state events. Deliver them from oppression, and by Your grace, let them learn Your Word from a young age and be raised in Your teachings and discipline. May the next generation in North Korea be raised as holy and blameless people who depend on You alone.
