North Korea-China freight train service resumes with daily necessities

On the 16th, North Korea resumed operation of freight trains linking Dandong, China. It has been two years since the border was closed in January 2020 due to concerns about the spread of COVID-19. A source cited by Free Asia Broadcasting Service said, “About 10 am on the 16th, as the North Korean freight train crossed the Yalu River and entered Dandong Station, the loading and unloading of goods began. The items are mixed with food items such as soybean oil, sugar, and seasoning, which are in absolute shortage in North Korea, medical equipment such as cloth and syringes, and daily necessities,” he said. We pray that the North Koreans who are suffering from economic hardship can live in God's comfort and hope.

Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again— my Savior and my God! (Psalms 42:11 NLT)

We lift up North Korea to You depends on Your Word for the people who is suffering under economic hardship. North Korea-China freight train operation resumed a few days ago. The items loaded on the train shows that the people in North Korea are being under very severe economic hardship in the circumstances that cannot have any of basic daily necessities and medicines.

We pray and ask your mercy upon the suffering North Koreans, so that they can find Jesus for their soul. Also, please make the movement of materials easier, so that the Bible also can be actively brought into North Korea.

In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
