[Prayer] Grant North Korean Believers Victory Through Faith to Manifest the Glory of the Lord

“78% of human rights violators are members of North Korean government agencies, such as security and safety departments, and more than half of them have maintained their positions without punishment. 80% of the victims are ordinary citizens, and among them, more than 13,000 have died. Recognizing that many incidents remain concealed, we accumulate data annually with the mission that 'As long as records exist, we will not remain silent.'" These details were shared at a seminar hosted by the North Korean Human Rights Archives, which has recorded human rights violations such as state violence, public executions, illegal detention, and forced labor based on the testimonies of defectors. We pray that despite such severe persecution, the underground churches in North Korea will victory through faith and reveal the glory of the Lord.

“We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers, as is right, because your faith is growing abundantly, and the love of every one of you for one another is increasing. Therefore we ourselves boast about you in the churches of God for your steadfastness and faith in all your persecutions and in the afflictions that you are enduring.”

2 Thessalonians 1:3–4

We lift up the North Korean underground church, which overcomes through patience and faith despite such trials. Please hold them so they do not deny the Lord in any moment of suffering, and through the refined, gold-like faith of the saints, may those who persecuted them come before the Lord, and may His name be glorified.
