[Prayer] "Lord, let the alliance between North Korea and Russia fall apart, and let only Your will prevail"

Recent footage has revealed that Russian forces are in possession of 240mm M1991 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), reportedly supplied by North Korea. Furthermore, evidence has surfaced indicating that hundreds of North Korean women are engaged in illegal labor at a Moscow warehouse operated by Wildberries, a major e-commerce company often referred to as “Russia’s Amazon.” As North Korea strengthens its relationship with Russia—dispatching approximately 14,000 troops to support the war effort—the two nations are expanding cooperation not only in military affairs but also in economic exchanges.

We bring this concerning situation before the Lord, reflecting on the words of Samuel. We earnestly pray that fissures would emerge in the increasingly close military, political, security, and economic ties between North Korea and Russia, ties that have been strengthened through the war in Ukraine. May the bloodshed resulting from North Korea’s participation be brought to an end. We ask that the schemes of North Korea—to enhance its nuclear and missile capabilities and sustain its regime through financial gains secured with Russian support—be frustrated and rendered ineffective. May all wicked plans between these two nations be dismantled, and may only the will and purposes of God prevail.
