[Prayer] May All North Korean People Be Saved

Back in 2022, when grain stores began to open, the central government promised that factories and enterprises that fulfilled the national production plan would be guaranteed rations and salaries. However, according to a report by Radio Free Asia, the ration centers only opened a few times last year and pretended to distribute food. This year, they’ve failed to keep their promise, claiming there is no food. Even the provincial party officials haven’t received their salaries for four months. If rations and salaries aren’t guaranteed as promised, the nation’s production output for the second half of the year will significantly decline.

Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me, for in you my soul takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I will take refuge, till the storms of destruction pass by.

I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me.

Psalm 57:1–2

Lord, we lift up North Korea, where the food situation is growing worse by the day. Please pour out Your mercy on the North Korean people, who must somehow survive on their own despite having completed their production plans, yet not receiving the promised wages or rations. Fulfill Your purpose for North Korea, for Your own name’s sake, and let all North Korean People be saved and come to enjoy the blessing of eternal life.
