[Prayer] May the Doors of the Gospel Swing Wide Open Through Economic Opportunities

“Since last April, North Korea has been issuing a large number of invitations to Chinese entrepreneurs considering investment. Entry is easy, requiring only simple procedures such as submitting passport information. The permitted duration of stay has also been extended to one month, allowing them to inspect factories, mines, and construction sites in person. Furthermore, entrepreneurs willing to sign investment contracts are being offered unprecedented conditions, including preferential tariffs and complimentary hotel stays.” Asia Press reported that North Korea is extensively encouraging Chinese entrepreneurs to visit, to the point where some customs offices are so crowded with people heading to North Korea that there is no place to park. We pray that God's mission will flourish in North Korea through this small crack opened for investment purposes.
“But you have increased the nation, O Lord, you have increased the nation; you are glorified; you have enlarged all the borders of the land.”
Isaiah 26:15
We lift up this situation where the rush to visit North Korea is taking place due to the relaxed entry criteria for Chinese entrepreneurs. Through this small crack for investment, may God's people enter North Korea, and may God's mission to preach the Gospel and build up believers flourish. May they carry out their ministry as innocent as doves and as wise as serpents, so that the door of the Gospel may be thrown wide open. Also, please blind the eyes of surveillance so that the workers, their routes, and mission information are not exposed, and cover them with Lord's hand so that this does not bring any hardship, especially to North Korean believers.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
