[Prayer] May the Gospel Reach Students Exposed to Drugs in North Korea

Recent testimonies from North Korean defectors reveal that drug abuse is spreading among students in North Korea. The '2025 White Paper on Human Rights in North Korea' includes alarming reports: "Even teenagers are using drugs," "Students greet each other in the morning asking, ‘Did you do a line?’," "It keeps you alert even without sleep, cures rhinitis, and is good for the bronchial tubes," "University students use it as a stimulant to study all night," and "In wealthy families, they use 'ice' (meth) as a form of entertainment."
"In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins." 1 John 4:9-10
We lift up the society of North Korea, where drug abuse is rampant, to the Lord. May the Gospel of God's love, who sent His only Son to save sinners, will reach those who have been exposed to drugs and addiction from a young age due to chronic shortages of medicine. Please open the way for Bibles to reach their hands, and grant the grace that everyone who reads and hears this Word may accept Jesus as their Savior.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen!
