[Prayer] May the Provision of Food Enable sharing the Gospel

North Koreans are struggling just to survive. If we provide even a small amount of economic support to those who are starving without even a morsel to eat, and share God’s love with them, we can turn their closed hearts toward God. To those who regard someone offering a handful of rice or bread as a lifesaver, when we share the Bible and God’s Word, they will respond with “Amen!” This will be a shortcut to softening the hardened ground, enabling God to bring about the restoration of North Korea.

"The days are coming,” declares the Lord God, “when I will send a famine on the land not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord."

Amos 8:11

Thank You, Lord, for showing us that the spiritual famine in North Korea—the lack of Your Word—is even more serious than the physical hunger. Instead of just waiting for reunification, we want to share the gospel and Your Word with the hungry today. We believe that the door to the restoration of North Korea, prepared by God, is going to open wide.
