[Prayer] May the Word of Justice Be Fulfilled in God's Time

For the past 15 years, the people of North Korea have been struggling to survive each day under Kim Jong-un's reign of terror. The fact that surveillance and control over both the party officials—the foundation of the regime—and the general public have intensified is proof of the regime's instability. We pray now for the collapse of this regime that rules over North Korea and opposes God, and for the coming of a nation that enjoys the blessing of worshiping God freely.

“You will tread on the lion and the adder; the young lion and the serpent you will trample underfoot. Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name. When he calls to me, I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him.”

Psalm 91:13–15

We earnestly pray that these words of justice will finally be fulfilled at the time God has appointed for the North Korean regime. May the evil regime that opposes God’s kingdom and the church fall and may God’s justice overflow. Through this, may all the people of the North experience God’s salvation and enjoy the blessing of worshiping in freedom.
