[Prayer] North Korea acknowledges the collapse of its food distribution system

Kim Jong-un held an expanded meeting of the Party's Political Bureau at Myohyang Mountain on the 23rd and said, "The inability to properly provide basic food and basic daily necessities to local people is a serious political problem that the Party and government cannot ignore." This is a public acknowledgment of the collapse of the local distribution system. Additionally, this is the first time that the party's Politburo meeting was held in a local area other than the Workers' Party headquarters in Pyongyang. We pray that spiritual and physical food will be abundantly delivered to the hungry North Korean people.

“What is the price of five sparrows—two copper coins[a]? Yet God does not forget a single one of them. And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows. (Luke 12:6-7, NLT)

Lord! we lift up North Korea to the Sovereign God and pray. Please provide food to North Korea, whose food situation is so difficult that even Kim Jong-un publicly admitted it. May the Lord open the gates of North Korea wide, allowing free movement of people and goods, and may the gospel be widely spread and the number of lives saved increase.

We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. amen!
