“North Korea is currently at minus 30 degrees Celsius. We received news that a field worker who left to deliver supplies to North Korean believers cannot return due to heavy snowfall. With no food and difficulty heating their homes, the freezing weather is deeply concerning.” This heartbreaking story was shared by the staff who is a North Korean defector. Amid this bone-chilling cold, prayers are urgently needed for the safe delivery of essential food and supplies to North Korean believers, ensuring they survive the winter.
"But I am poor and needy; hasten to me, O God! You are my help and my deliverer; O Lord, do not delay!"
Psalm 70:5
we lift up the plight of North Korea groaning under the bitter cold and plead earnestly. May the starving believers and people of North Korea be supplied with the food they need, and above all, may they be provided with firewood to escape the cold. May the worker who has journeyed far return safely, and may the ministry of helping and lovingly caring for the believers flourish even more. May the Korean Church be more zealous in 2026 to serve the underground church in North Korea.
In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen! photo : A snow-covered rural area in North Korea. A woman walks along a snowy path carrying a heavy load on her head.
