[Prayer] Turn North Korea Away from the Evil Path of Building Nuclear Weapons at the Cost of Its People

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reported that a new building suspected to be a uranium enrichment facility has been constructed in Yongbyon, North Korea, and warned that the regime may be expanding its uranium enrichment activities. The IAEA expressed deep concern and emphasized its commitment to continue verification. It is also reported that the issue of North Korea’s nuclear development will be discussed at the upcoming annual General Conference based on this report.

We entrust North Korea, which seeks to strengthen its nuclear weapons and threaten peace on the Korean Peninsula and the world, into Your hands, O Lord. Truly, Your salvation does not depend on numbers. Break the nuclear weapons and related facilities that Kim Jong Un relies upon with Your mighty arm. Turn North Korea away from the evil path of building nuclear weapons at the cost of its people, and may the nuclear issue be resolved by Your ways and wisdom.
