"On August 30, 2023, nine people, seven men and two women, were shot dead at Hyesan Airfield in North Korea's Yanggang Province. They were accused of capturing and illegally distributing more than 2,100 cattle that had died of disease between 2017 and February 2023. North Korea prohibits individuals from possessing, slaughtering, or selling cattle. It is doubtful that the defendants actually sold 2,100 cattle, but their execution was witnessed by more than 25,000 residents surrounded by security officers and soldiers." According to Daily NK Newspaper Japan. Pray for a cessation of terror and the free flow of God's Word in North Korea.

Lord! We lift up the nation of North Korea, where fear reigns supreme. You lead North Korea not with fear or punishment but with everlasting love and mercy, open the eyes of the people of North Korea to see and rely on you. We pray that the wickedness of the North Korean authorities in shedding innocent blood will cease and that your word will be freely preached. The joy of life and salvation will fill the land of North Korea.
